Technology of ceramics manufacturing in Oroshaza

Tooling production together with designing:
Based on the dimensioned drawing of the industrial ceramics, sent by our customer, we design and dimension the tool necessary for the technology of ceramics manufacturing. We manufacture ceramics samples and send the finished oxide ceramics samples to our customers for approval. Once the ordered quantity is manufactured, the tools are marked with an ID, and stored in a systemized manner until the next oxide ceramics products are ordered.

Ceramics manufacturing

Low-pressure die-casting:
The complete liquid ceramics mass is die-cast in the cooled tool with special machines while the technological instructions are followed and the process is documented.
Pressing:
With pressing technology, ceramic products are manufactured from moulding powder with various aluminium-oxide content.
Pre-burning:
The ceramics products are burnt in combustible cases while embedded in aluminium-oxide powder at lower temperature.
After burning, the chalk-like oxide ceramic material gains its final form after various operations are performed.
Retouching:
The edges and seams are removed from the ceramic products, if necessary, manually or by machine, depending on the size of the series.
Burning to ready condition:
When burning to ready condition, the oxide ceramics products will reach their final measurements, hardness and strength.

Surface treatments

Abrasion:
The natural, unglazed natural ceramic products are abraded in a vibrating bath filled with liquids, additives, and abrasive bodies, in order to improve their surface smoothness.
Polishing:
Further polishing is performed on the surface of the ceramic products to improve surface smoothness.
Enamelling, colouring:
The natural colour of the burned ceramics is white.
The surface of the industrial ceramics in enamelled in various colours, as required by the customer.
After enamelling, the finished oxide ceramic products are burnt again.
Labelling:
Various logos and signs of use can be placed on the enamelled industrial ceramics products, as needed, then the products are burnt again.
Fitting, packaging:
The additional parts and contacts, required by the customer, are fitted into the finished ceramic parts. The final inspection and packaging of the finished products are performed here.
